RETURNS:
At eInspiredCreations.com, no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, we have a generous 30-Day Guarantee. You can return it to us within thirty-days of the shipping date for refund of the full purchase price minus shipping and handling fees. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. The only exception is during the Holiday season: orders placed between December 1 - December 16 can be returned until January 15.

Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, in the manufacturer's containers with all tags still attached.

To process a return please use your original order number as your return authorization number. Packages will not be accepted without the return authorization number clearly posted on the outside of the package.

When we receive your items, we will refund you the amount of the item. The original and return-shipping fees are non-refundable. Your credit will be processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to the address given on your original order, notifying you of receipt of the item and credit issued.

GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Gift Certificates issued by eInspiredCreations.com may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Certificates are valid towards the purchase of any item on eInspiredCreations.com. If the purchase made is less than the Gift Certificate value, another Gift Certificate for the remaining amount will be issued. If the purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with an acceptable form of payment. All purchases must be made within one year of the purchase date of the Gift Certificate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:
eInspiredCreations.com’s collection is second to none, created with exquisite taste and premium value. At eInspiredCreations.com we will repair or replace any jewelry with defects in craftsmanship or plating, for the life of the jewelry. If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, eInspiredCreations.com, at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in stock item of equal or greater value. Any items that display damage due to abuse or misuse will not be covered under the warranty.
